Announcements for the Week of June 28, 2026

  1. During the month of June, our Marriage Ministry Cluster Groups held a series of exciting events at various locations, each led by our dedicated cluster leaders! Some clusters gathered at local parks to nurture their relationships while others enjoyed a fun afternoon of bowling, karaoke, and dinner. If you’re seeking to enrich your marriage and make lasting friendships, we invite you to join a marriage ministry cluster! Simply email MarriageMinistry@MtGileadFGIM.net to get started on this exciting journey of growth and fellowship.

  2. Husbands and wives, don’t forget to register for our Marriage Ministry Fellowship, “Anchored in Love” happening this fall! Join us for a dinner cruise on the Spirit of Norfolk on Saturday, October 3rd.  The cost is $200 per couple and includes a delicious meal, entertainment, and a memorable evening on the water.

  3. On Monday, June 29th at 6:30PM our WOW Network Support Ministries are hosting individual encounters. My Sister’s Keeper, our ministry for single moms, is hosting a family game night. RARE Jewels, our ministry to women impacted by separation, divorce, or domestic violence, are helping each other to heal through words of affirmation.

  4. On Friday, July 3rd please note the church campus will be closed in observance of Independence Day.

  5. Sunday, June 28th is the last day to order ministry T-shirts on our church website for Camp Meeting. You’re encouraged to wear these T-shirts or Mt. Gilead apparel on Delegation Night. Join us July 6th through 10th at Word of Life Christian Center in Darrow, Louisiana, as we gather with our Apostle, Dr. Leroy Thompson, Sr.  This will be a powerful week of worship, fellowship, and spiritual impartation!  Services will be held each day at 10:30AM and 7:00PM CST.  Be sure to let Mt. Gilead and Word of Life Christian Center know you’re attending by completing the registration form on our Online Registration page.  You can also visit this page for helpful details as you prepare for Camp Meeting.  We look forward to seeing you there!

  6. Our final Report Card and Diploma Checks for the school year will be held on Sunday, June 28th in Room 102 immediately after worship service. We look forward to honoring our scholars during our Academic Awards Celebration in July.
