Announcements for the Week of September 13, 2026

  1. Our August soul count is in! Last month, Mt. Gilead helped 2,037 people receive Jesus Christ as their personal Savior!  As you share the Gospel with others, let us know on the Slack App.  For instructions, simply click the link on our Online Registration page.

  2. International Day is just two weeks away on September 27th! This year’s theme is: “Nations and Generations: Making His Name Known” based on Psalm 102:18  We look forward to hosting our mission partners and special guests on campus. We encourage you to wear international attire on this Sunday!

  3. On Monday, September 14th, our Kingdom Overcomers Support Group will meet at 7PM. If you’re dealing with any form of addiction or supporting someone along this journey, we invite you to connect in this safe space.

  4. On Tuesday, September 15th, we’re hosting our “Spirit Filled Prayer for the City” from 7pm to 8pm. Children are welcome, so you’re bring your family.

  5. On Tuesday, September 15th, following the “Spirit Filled Prayer for the City,” Elders will meet with Overseers from 8:15pm to 9:15pm. Visit our Ministry Calendar for room assignments.

  6. On Saturday, September 19th, we’re hosting GenSalve at the Farm from 9:30am to 12pm. Parents, this is a wonderful opportunity for your children to serve.  Let us know you’re coming by signing up online.

  7. On Saturday, September 19th, ladies are coming together for the Women’s Ministry Prayer Session at 10am! Women of Mt. Gilead and those connected to our ministry are welcome to participate.

  8. Do you love serving others and enjoy creating memorable event experiences? If so, the Event Support Ministry may be the perfect place for you!  No experience is required to join—just a heart to serve and a passion for creating exceptional experiences. If you’re interested, please register to attend the upcoming interest meeting and fine dining training on October 1st.

  9. Parents, if you have a little one, save the date for our GenSalve Parent/Toddler Event on Saturday, October 10th. Join us at Romp n Roll from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. Get active with your toddler and enjoy pizza and dessert.  This is open to kids ages 3 years and younger.  Registration is required.

  10. Don’t forget New Members Orientation is happening Sunday, September 20th and Tuesday, September 22nd. If you joined the ministry, but haven’t attended orientation, please stop by the Forbes Suite following service to register for Orientation.

  11. Our next Marriage Readiness Course starts Sunday, September 13th immediately following worship service. These sessions are available to engaged couples, married couples looking for a boost, and singles who want to prepare for marriage.  Complete our online Interest Form today.

  12. Here at Mt. Gilead, we are focused on training disciples to evangelize the world. If you’re interested in becoming a licensed minister of the Gospel, please complete an application on our Online Registration page.
