This list may be revised\/updated at any time. The employee is responsible for meeting expectations of the Therapeutic Day Treatment Program of Succor even if it is not listed below. This description does not supersede your direct supervisor&#8217;s directives\/expectations or Succor\u2019s policies and procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<ul class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Reports to Site Supervisor<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Provides direct service daily, including psycho-educational groups, crisis interventions, and<\/span><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" \/><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">weekly contact with parents\/legal guardians.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Establishes and maintains positive relationships with school staff.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Promotes the program in a positive manner to elicit referrals and maintain census and growth of\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">the program.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Participates in monthly outings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Maintains an accurate list of caseload.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Submits a copy of all Restraint Forms and Incident Reports to your Site Supervisor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Ensures that every Incident Report is completed immediately after the incident and submitted to\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">the Program Director within 24 hours of the incident.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Completes assigned documentation daily using sound clinical documentation and abiding by-all\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">agency, Medicaid, and licensure standards.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Submits progress notes daily to the Site Supervisor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Attends all related school review teams, staffing, etc. when related to a client assigned to your\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">caseload.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Completes all Quarterly Reviews on or before the due date.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Participates in the development of ISPs for clients on your caseload. Interact with Licensed staff\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">a minimum of every 6 months to make aware of need for goal modifications\/deletions\/additions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Attends all annual mandatory agency training (Handle With Care, CPR, First Aid, Human Rights,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">HIPPA, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Identifies clinical areas that require strengthening and seek out opportunities to attend training in\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">such areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Other duties as assigned.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span
